[提要]  通过广州国际会展中心张弦梁端部大型铸钢节点足尺试验，得到试件表面的应力测试值；利用有限元软件建模和分析，得到测点位置的应力分析值。在试验值和有限元分析值一致的情况下，以有限元分析的结果推断了整个铸钢节点内部的应力状况，确定了强度准则。结合试验和分析，对节点的承载安全性做出了判断。给出了设计强度的建议值和强度判别式。

The full-scale loading test on cast steel joint with large size used in space structures is reported. By the measurement, the stresses on the surface of the cast joint are obtained. FEM analysis is also performed to compute the stresses on the same points. Both of the values match each other well, and in that condition, the inner stress distribution can be deduced by the FEM results. Combined the test and computation, the strength criterion is determined, and the safety of the joint is assessed.
