(中南建筑设计院 武汉 430071)[提要] 在湖北出版文化城工程中,为满足地基承载力要求及调整基础偏心,箱基三边整体外挑,形成大悬挑扩展式箱基,并在箱基底板和局部顶板中分段设置预应力直线束以抵抗整体弯曲并增大刚度。箱基内部墙体设置预应力体外束吊筋以减小洞口过梁截面并增大刚度。工程进行了钢筋应力、地基反力及沉降实测,对实测结果进行了分析。
[关键词] 箱基 大悬挑 预应力Three sides of the box foundation are extended to form an overhanging spread box foundation in order to meet with the bearing capacity of the foundation soil and adjust the eccentricity of the foundation. Furthermore, straight prestressed strands are set in the base slabs and some top slabs in the box foundation to resist the integral bending and to increase the rigidity. Outside prestressed hanger strands are also put inside of the box foundation to decrease the sectional dimension of lintel beams and to increase the rigidty. The test results of bar stress, subgrade reactions and settlement are analysed.
