[提要]  新修订的《危险房屋鉴定标准》使传统的危险房屋鉴定工作进入了新的发展阶段。新标准体现了新理念和新技术，科学、合理，更规范化且易操作。根据我国现有危险房屋鉴定水平状况，对于学用新标准中一些极易混淆、易出错的地方，进行了多方面的研讨，以供房屋鉴定领域专业人员参考。

The newly revisal identification criterion makes the traditional identification for dangerous houses enter a new developing phrase. There are some advantages,such as new ideas and technique, more scientific, reasonable and standardizing, and easily carried out. Some rules that are easily confused and go away are discussed in many aspects according to the status of our current identification for dangerous houses, which are very useful for the professions who are working in the constructional field and are in charge of identification for houses.
