[提要]  结合广州市老城区某大型商住小区的基础、基坑支护设计，讨论与分析了基础或基坑支护结构方案的选取，综合分析比较了基础+基坑支护结构系统的综合效益，从而优选出最终的基础、基坑支护设计方案。

Based on the design of foundation and foundation excavation of a  large shop and house quarter  in old urban Guangzhou, the selecting of the foundation and foundation excavation plan is discussed separately. The composite economy of the system is compared and analysed, then the optimization plan of the project is developed to be reference for similarly situated project.
