[提要]  梁柱-板柱组合结构（住宅）体系由于具有空间宽阔平整、方便住户分隔、提高使用率等优点，近年来得到了发展。现对其结构设计中几个常见问题进行了分析，给出了相应的解决办法。随着研究的深入，梁柱-板柱组合结构（住宅）体系日趋成熟，值得推广。

A new housing system named frame supported flat plate( FSFP) structure has been developed nowadays because it has some advantages such as wide space and high rate of utilization. Some structural design problems are listed, analyzed and solved.FSFP structure is worth recommending along with the research on it more and more.
