[提要]  通过对福天大厦工程结构方案优化设计的介绍，阐明了该工程结构方案的先进合理性。对岩石地基上地下室及嵌岩桩设计提出了经济合理的方案，对其现浇混凝土楼盖的设计进行了多方案优化比较，并提出了切合实际的楼盖形式。同时，总结了高层民用建筑结构专业设计中的体会，以供参考。

The article expounds the structural advancement and rationality of Futian mansions at Chongqing by introducting the process of the project optimization design. Moreover,it gives the reasonable proposal for basement on the rock and piles inserted in bedrock. Compared with several design projects of concrete slab floor, a new practiced slab floor style is proposed. The intimate knowledge in the respect of the specialized design in high civil building structure is summarized.
