地下室上浮开裂事故的鉴定与加固处理

(广东省佛山市建筑工程质量监督站 528000)[提要] 某大厦地下室受地下水浮力作用不均匀上浮(最大上浮值213mm),造成地下室梁、柱出现宽度达1.0~2.5mm的裂缝,结构处于极限破坏状态。针对该工程分析了事故产生的原因,介绍了利用岩土锚杆对地下室结构进行抗浮加固处理的方法。
[关键词] 地下室 抗拔力 浮力 铺杆A building's basement rose up at Foshan city because of groundwater buoyant force action, maximum springing deflection was 213mm, which caused l.0~2.5mm width cracks on the beams and columns of the basement.The structure was in limit state.The cause of the accident is analyzed. The reinforcing treatment for the basement by anchor bars is also introduced here.
