秦皇岛热电厂汽机基座裂缝鉴定及有限元分析

(清华大学土木工程系 北京 100084)[提要] 对秦皇岛热电厂汽机基座出现裂缝的原因进行了分析,运用ANSYS软件对大体积混凝土在施工阶段由于水化热引起的温度场做了详细的有限元计算。得到一些有意义的比较数据,对大体积混凝土在施工阶段所采取的温度控制措施在理论上进行了探讨。
[关键词] 大体积混凝土 裂缝 水化热 有限元计算 温度场The temperature cracks of a steam turbine base in Qinhuangdao power plant caused by the hydration heat of mass concrete at construction stage are analysised with finite element method, and the results are compared with the empirical equation's. The conclusions are drawn in the practice of the safety appraisal of the crack of the columns and beams. The suggestions are presented for temperature control of mass concrete.
