[提要]  介绍了卸载换柱法在一钢筋混凝土框架柱修复加固中的实例。卸载是框架换柱加固施工的关键，工程卸载方案的选用充分利用了结构自身的特点，采用了多种途径组合卸载的方法，并在施工过程中对卸载状况进行了实时监测。加固施工安全、稳妥，达到了预期的目的。

The application example of a reinforced concrete frame column strengthening with the method of unloading and exchanging column is introduced. Unloading is the key of the construction exchanging the column in the frame. The characteristics of the structure itself are utilized adequately in selected the unloading plan, the multi-method of unloading was adopted, and the unloading status in the construction process was observed. The strengthening construction is reliable and the anticipated purpose is achieved.
