[提要]  针对上部结构托换技术在花都市市政府报告厅改建工程中的应用情况，着重介绍其托换形式的设计思路、传力机理的分析结果和构造措施，以供工程设计、施工技术人员参考。

An example of underpinning technique adopted in the upper structure of a municipal auditoriums is introduced. The design concept, analysis result and details of construction for rehanding the building are emphasized. It is a reference for the similar civil engineers.
