(甘肃工业大学建筑工程学院 兰州 730050)[提要] 对一幢采用条形基础的6层砖混结构住宅楼应用合理的纠倾技术,使其倾斜率恢复到规范要求的限值。分析了Ⅲ级湿陷性黄土地基上的建筑物在纠倾实践过程中的几个难点,论述了结构纠倾方案形成的思路和理由,对类似工程有一定借鉴意义。
[关键词] 纠倾 砖混结构 条形基础 湿陷性黄土 迫降法The successful practice is introduced for rectifying a six-storied brick-concrete composite building with strip foundation by reasonable rectifying technique, which makes this building's inclination ratio satisfy the code's requirement. Several difficult points in the process of rectifying this inclined building on the base of ni level collapsible loess are analyzed. Furthermore, the thinking and reason of forming the rectifying scheme are also discussed.These results can give some reference to the same kind of engineering project.
