[提要] RC宽扁梁转换结构介于梁式转换和板式转换之间,其布置可看作厚板在零应力区、低应力区掏空减薄构成,也可看作普通转换梁截面加宽减高构成。通过宽扁梁转换结构的一个实例,分析了宽扁梁转换结构在重力荷载及地震作用下的受力状况,结果表明,RC宽扁梁转换结构弱化了转换梁抗弯刚度,有利于改善地震作用(特别是罕遇地震)下框支柱应力集中,避免框支柱率先破坏,有利于实现强柱弱梁、强剪弱弯的抗震延性需要。RC宽扁梁转换结构减低了转换梁截面高度,有利于提高建筑使用空间,降低层高,具有明显的综合效益。

Abstract:RC wideflat beam transfer structure is between beam transfer structure and flat slab transfer structure.Wideflat beam can be regard as flat slab whittled within lower stress region or as ordinary widened and flattened beam.A case study of RC wideflat beam transfer structure is carried out, and the behavior under gravity load and earthquake action is analyzed.RC wideflat beam transfer structure weakened the rigidity of the transfer beam.Under earthquake (specially severe earthquake) action,the stress concentrate of the column which supporting transfer beam is minimized and the columns early destroying is avoided.RC wideflat beam can easily meet the ductility requirement of“strong column and weak beam” and “strong shear and weak bend”.Otherwise,RC wideflat beam reduced the transfer beams height so that the useful space is increased or the story height is shortened,the total profit is very well.
