[提要]  通过7根试验梁的研究，分析了冷轧带肋双钢筋混凝土梁在正常使用状态下裂缝分布、裂缝宽度和挠度变形的规律，提出了梁的钢筋强度设计值及裂缝和刚度计算公式，使计算值更好地与实测值吻合。

Based on the experimental study and theoretical analysis about crack distribution, crack width and deformation of the 7 concrete beams reinforced with cold-rolled ribbed bi-bar under serviceability limit state, the formulas about crack width and rigidity of the beams, and the design strength of reinforced bar are proposed. The results calculated with the formulas conform to the experimental ones.
