[提要]  重点从混凝土干燥、温差和自生收缩、减水剂的影响、混凝土后期膨胀等方面，分析了混凝土建筑结构裂缝产生的各种原因。提出从材料、设计施工和维护方面进行裂缝控制的技术措施。可供从事工程结构设计和施工的工程技术人员参考。

The different reasons of cracks emergence in concrete buildings are analyzed especially in the aspects of dry shrinkage, temperature difference, self-shrinkage, affection of water-reducing agent, expansion during later period. The technical measures of crack control are presented from materials, design, construction and maintenance of structure. It can be referred for engineers in design and construction.
