[提要]  结合工程实例，对于拟建建筑物山墙紧邻挡土墙，而挡土墙上方已有旧建筑，拟建建筑山墙附近基础下方又遇到排洪沟的情况，提出了一种“人工”地基的条形基础设计方法。此方法既能满足基础承载力的要求，又能保证挡土墙及其上已有建筑物的安全使用，同时还能达到节省造价，缩短工期的效果。

In order to realize a new building construction near retaining wall with a old building upper and a drainage ditch down, a "man-made" foundation design method is proposed. The method can both satisfy the requirements of the foundation bearing capacity and guarantee the satefy of the retaining wall and the old building upper. Meanwhile, it can also obtain the effect of saving the building cost and reducing the construction period as well.
