钢柱吊车肢柱头的疲劳破坏

[提要] 间接承受吊车荷载的厂房钢柱，一般不考虑疲劳问题，但是在一些车间的钢柱上却出现了疲劳破坏。通过实际测量和有限元计算，分析了产生疲劳破坏的原因，提出了针对这种疲劳破坏的加固处理方法和在设计上应采取的措施。
[关键词] 钢柱 柱头 疲劳破坏 吊车 工业厂房The fatigue of steel columns indirectly subjected to crane loading is generally not taken into account. But fatigue failure occurred at the column cap in some workshops. The cause of the fatigue failure is analyzed by actual measurement and FEM analysis. The reinforcement process methods and the design account for the fatigue failure are presented.
