[提要]  总结笔者两次对国内外规程和规范中引入的高层建筑中箱基和上部框架的共同作用的评价和所提出的建议。为了表述清楚，文中用图来表示各项基本概念，并大胆提出了“反盆式沉降”方案，期望从理论上解决箱基漏水问题。

A summary of twice reviews presented by the author on the interaction of box-foundation with super-frame in tall buildings, considered in foreign and domestic codes or recommendations, and the proposals suggested are given. For clearness's sake, figures are used to express the fundamental conceptions. Besides,the author bravely put forward a new project of "anti-basin settlement" for expecting to solve the seepage of box generally met in engineering.
