[提要]  提出了一种新的实用薄膜结构裁剪分析方法——分片展开法。该方法采用测地线对结构曲面进行划分，用文中提出的平面映射法对各曲面膜片进行平面展开计算，并引入回缩比系数以考虑膜内预拉力的释放和徐变影响的消除。编制了相应的裁剪分析程序，并对该程序进行了算例验证。

A new easier cutting pattern calculation method called pieces unfold method is brought forward. We suggest to divide structure's curved surface into several pieces by geodesic line, unfold these pieces with plan correspondence method, then release the prestress in membrane element and eliminate the creep affection. Based on the method introduced above, the cutting pattern calculating program is developed and its accuracy and adaptability are testified by numerical analyses.
