圆管相贯节点极限承载力有限元分析

[提要]  应用材料和几何非线性有限元法分析了T,Y,K形圆管相贯节点的应力和塑性区分布规律、节点变形及节点几何参数对节点极限承载力的影响,获得了影响管节点承载力的主要参数与承载力曲线;将有限元计算结果与各国规范进行比较,指出了现有规范的不足之处,为我国规范的进。步修订提供了理论依据。

Limit strength of circular tubular joints islnvestigated theoretically by using material and geometrical nonlinear finite element method. Stress distribution,plastic-zone spread are presented, and influence of joint geometrlc parameters on joint strengths are analyzed. Some useful conclusions are drawn for reference in the structural design. By comparing the FEM results with that of the current PRC and Japanese codes, the deficiency between them is found out which provides a theoretical basis for further PRC code modification.
