[提要]  参照已有的托换方法，提出了一种新的托换方法——扩底墩坑式托换技术，研究了该技术的适用范围、受力特点、设计及施工要点，并介绍了其在实际工程中的应用，分析了这种技术的科学性和合理性。

A new underpinned technique is presented according to some technique existing. This article has studied on the application range, the characteristics of supporting pressure, the key point of construction and design of this technique. Its legitimate and scientific feature about realistic engineering are analysed.
