[提要]  介绍了锤击沉管夯扩桩的沉管控制原则。通过理论分析及工程实例，比较分析了单桩极限承载力的计算值与静载试验值，提出对《建筑桩基技术规范》(JGJ94-94)第6.4.13条桩端扩大头算式的调整建议。

This paper expatiates the method how to control the driven steel tube in application of the rammed pedestal pile. Combining theory with practice,the results of calculation and load test of the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile are compared.The viewpoint on adjusting the formula of the 6.4.13 item of Technical Code for Building Pile Foundations (JGJ94-94) is presented.
