[提要]  通过天津桃香园小区复合载体夯扩桩的工程实例，介绍了该桩的承载特点及检测效果。实践证明，复合载体夯扩桩可大幅度提高桩基承载能力，具有明显的经济效益和广泛的应用前景。

The bearing property and test result of the ram-compaction piles with composite bearing base used in Tianjin Taoxiangyuan residential district are introduced. The fact proves that the piles can enhance the bearing capacity and posses obviously economic performance and prospects.
