[提要]  通过工程实例，对软土中由钢筋混凝土桩与水泥搅拌桩组合而成的长短桩复合地基进行了承载力和沉降的设计计算方法的探讨，并用实测沉降值与计算沉降值进行对比，说明文中所提的设计方法对这种新型的复合地基是简便可行的。

Based on a practical project, design of the long-short-pile composite foundation is introduced. Comparing the calculation value of the settlement with the actual measurement, it is proved that the design method is simple and available for this composite foundation．
