［提要］ 民航总局办公楼建于60年代初，分别由14,11和9层的三个装配整体式框架结构组成。唐山地震时各单体建筑曾发生过相互碰撞。尽管使用年限长久，局部有损伤，但经技术鉴定和方案论证，该楼通过改造加固，可以满足现行规范的抗震和正常使用等方面的要求。加固改造采用加设剪力墙、基础和梁柱加大断面或粘钢、板粘碳纤维的加固方法，将弱框架结构改造成框剪结构体系，效果良好。

Design of Reconstruction and Strengthening on the Office Building of Civil Aviation Administration of China/Yu Yuanpeng，Xu Zhongqin(China Architecture Design & Research Group,Beijing 100044,China)
Abstract:The office building of Civil Aviation Administration of China was built at the beginning of 1960s,which consists of three assembled frame structures with 14,11 and 9 floors.The frames ever collided with each other in Tangshan earthquake.Though the building has been used for nearly forty years and there are damages in some places,the technical appraisaland project argumentation show that the reinforced building can satisfy the demands of code for seismic design of buildings and code for design of concrete structures.The frame structures are reconstructed into the frameshear wall structures, using the strengthening methods of adding shear walls,expanding the members sections or bonding steel on them,bonding CFRP sheet in the slab.The effect of strengthening is good.
