[提要]  对框架柱弯矩同时考虑挠曲二阶效应及侧移二阶效应作了分析，并对钢筋混凝土框架在竖向荷载及水平地震力作用下的柱弯矩作了具体计算，计算结果表明钢筋混凝土框架柱的挠曲二阶效应的影响甚小，可以不予考虑。

The flexure and displacement second-order effects in the frame column are analysed. And for a reinforced concrete frame under the action of vertical load and horizontal earthquake force, the internal forces and displacements are computed.The results show that the flexure effect in the frame column is very small and can be neglected.
