[提要]  针对相邻建筑物在地基中产生的沉降相互影响问题，从新旧建筑物的强度、刚度、结构类型、地质情况、荷载大小等方面进行了分析和探讨，提出了对不同类型结构的处理方法和设计计算依据。

Considering the affection of settlement of close buildings' foundation,the author analyzes and probes the problem from the new and old buildings'  strength, rigidity, structure type, geological condition and load aspects etc., and put forward the treatment methods of different types and the basis of design and calculation.
