［提要］ 由于城市规划的需要，吴忠宾馆需要移位。介绍了高537m的宁夏吴忠宾馆的平移设计与实施，包括工程特点与难点、移位方式选择、下滑梁及基础、反力系统设计、托盘梁系设计、墙柱切割、平移工程、工程监测、PLC液压同步控制技术、到位连接、工程实施情况、沉降问题、平移总经济效益及社会效益情况等。吴忠宾馆成功平移为高层建筑保护提供了新的选择，积累了经验。

Abstract:The monolithic shift design and practice of Ningxia Wuzhong Hotel with the hight of 537m are introduced.The features and difficulties of the project,the selection of the monolithic shift methods,the design of the lower sliding beam and foundation,the design of force react system,the design of the upper sliding beam system,the incision of the wall and column,the monolithic shift project,project monitoring,PLC hydraulic synchro control technology,the connect of wall and column,the condition of project practice,the problem of sedimentation,as well as overall economic benefit and social effects,are discussed.This project provides a new choice for high building protection.
