无肋法兰盘节点的研究与应用

[提要]  法兰盘是钢管结构常见的连接形式,目前常用的加劲肋法兰盘连接施工复杂,影响结构外型美观。采用无肋法兰盘连接,在一定程度上弥补了上述不足。基于力学原理,导出无肋法兰盘的计算公式,并通过有限元法和试验加以验证。在分析过程中,考虑了螺栓对法兰盘的加劲作用,并给出该类节点的使用范围。工程实例表明,采用无肋法兰盘连接形式,可以简化施工,节约钢材。

Flanges are common in steel tube structures. Flanges with stiffening ribs usually used, whose construction is complicated, will influence the outlook of the structure. The flanges without stiffening ribs make up the shortcoming to some extend. On the basis of mechanical theory, the design formula for flange without stiffening ribs is developed and proved through the Finite Element Method and test. During the process of analysis, concerning the stiffening action on the flanges by bolts,the application range of the joint isgiven. The adoption of flanges without stiffening ribs in real project, will not only simplify construction, but also economize steel material.
