[提要]  对枫苑饭店改扩建工程加层和改造设计过程中各关键部分的方案确定、计算方法和构造措施等方面进行了较为系统的分析讨论。阐述了在地基基础、框架梁、柱、剪力墙的加固措施和新旧楼层连接中的处理方法。并重点针对粘钢、植筋等技术手段在工程中的应用进行了总结。

The plans of reconstruction and adding storey project for ahostal are fully introduced and discussed including analysis methods in relation to foundation, frame beam and column, shear wall etc. Many new techniques and construction methods used in this building are typically illustrated. In order to confirm the reliable connections and effective carryover loads between existing building and the new parts,some advanced strengthening technique, such as post-embedding, steel-bonded, are  adopted  broadly.
