[提要]  介绍了高层剪力墙住宅改造设计前期及结构改造设计时应注意的问题。结合上海两栋高层剪力墙住宅工程的结构改造设计，着重介绍了一些重要部位的设计、新老结构之间的连接做法等工程难点问题及处理方法，可供同类工程参考。

The problems that should be paid atlention to during the design of reconstruction for the tall shear-wall residential building are introduced combined with two residential projects in Shanghai. It presents how to deal with some difficult points, such as the design method for some important places in the structure, the connecting method between the new structure and the old structure, etc. It can be referred to structure reform-design.
