[提要]  通过对分离式配筋矩形板内力塑性理论计算公式的推导，利用电算程序对现行结构手册中的塑性计算内力系数作了进一步的扩充，从而使设计应用中能更合理地计算板的内力及配筋，达到了安全经济的目的。

By inferring accurate formulas of plastic internal force for rectangle plate, the coefficient tables for plastic internal force are calculated.lnternal force and reinforcing bars for plate can be calculated more precisely, so the plate can be designed safely and economically.
