[提要]  近几年，大理市（原抗震设防烈度9度）在住宅建筑中越来越多地采用了钢筋混凝土小墙肢剪力墙结构，目前其在住宅中的比例已接近50%。依据大理市小墙肢剪力墙结构的应用情况，着重分析小墙肢和连梁结构的设计要点及其对结构抗震设计的影响。

This paper concisely introduced the development of the multi-story dwellings with reinforced concrete short wall in Dali city these years. The design motif of short wall and girt,the impact of short wall on the aseismic design are emphatically analysed．
