[提要]  对底部框架抗震墙砌体结构房屋中墙梁的受力状态进行了分析，根据受力状态将这种房屋中的墙梁分为横向框支墙梁、纵向框支墙梁和梁支墙梁3种，提出了这3种墙梁的实用计算方法。

The loading-carrying state of wall-beam in brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at the bottom is analyzed. Based on the analysis, the wall-beam is divided into that supported on R.C.transverse frame,R.C. longitudinal frame and longitudinal beam. A practical calculating method of the wall-beam is presented.
