[提要]  介绍了北京科技会展中心工程预应力结构的设计方法，并对板柱结构特殊边界条件的处理提出了建议。预应力结构设计中结合预应力施工对预应力钢筋的布置原则进行了讨论，并提出了针对本工程的布置建议，有效地解决了预应力设计和施工中存在的若干问题。

A new design method on prestressed structure applied in Beijing Exhibition & Convention Center was introduced. Then a suggestion was put forward about the special boundary condition treatment of the structure. Combined with practical construction procedure, the corresponding distributing principle of reinforcements was considered and discussed in detail. The method mentioned above could efficiently solve several problems commonly occurred in the design and construction of prestressed concrete structure.
