[提要]  通过对无粘结部分预应力扁梁柱节点外核心区的受力分析，提出了一种新的节点外核心区的设计方法，设计方法的正确性得到了试验数据的证实；通过一个例题，比较了所提出的设计方法与规范GPJ10-89设计方法和其它文献提出的设计方法，结果表明，作者提出的设计方法概念明确，计算简单，考虑因素全面，可供工程设计参考使用。

Based on the analysis of outside core of unbonded partially prestressed flat beam-column joints, this paper proposes a new designed method for such kind of joint core,which is verified by test data. The advantages and disadvantages of the methods of GBJ10-89 code and other references are discussed. The conclusion is drawn that the method proposed by the author has clear concept and the calculation process is simple. All affecting factors are considered in the method. This method can be used in engineering design.
