[提要] 北京汉威大厦采用对称双简体-框架结构体系,天然地基方案。经计算分析比较,设计阶段不考虑弯扭耦联,按15个振型进行了结构分析。针对建筑使用不宜设缝的要求,结构设计不设永久结构缝。为满足建筑使用要求,对局部结构进行了合理设计,如层2圆柱与层3以上方柱的截面连接,简体与框架的连接,出屋面圆台的变截面斜柱支撑等。其设计可供类似工程参考。

According to calculating and comparing, bend-torsional coupling was not taken accounted. Permanent structural seam is not setting, local rational design were made, such as the connection of tube and frame, section connection of square column and circular column, the batter column brace of the circular platform, which can give reference to the similar design.
