[提要]  对高层混凝土房屋结构的施工过程进行了模型化处理，建立了能反映施工过程各阶段结构受力性能的三维有限元模型和计算分析方法。工程实例的验证表明，计算结果和实际情况基本一致。

A model for the construction process of high-rise reinforced concrete structures was proposed. Based on the model, the safety of high-rise reinforced concrete structures in construction was analysed by using the 3-D finite element method. The theoretic results for a high-rise building which was constructed in downtown of Shanghai have good match with that observed in the construction site.
