[提要]  结合某多层钢结构住宅示范楼的设计，着重讨论了组合扁梁楼盖在大开间住宅体系中的应用及设计方法。分析结果表明，对于大开间住宅，采用组合扁梁楼盖不仅能够很好地满足建筑方面的要求，显著地降低建筑的层高，减少围护结构的费用和减轻基础压力，而且能够减少结构的总用钢量，降低结构的单位造价。

With reference to the structural design of one multi-story lightweight steel house, the authors mainly discuss how to design the composite flat beams in large-bay buildings. The results show that the adoption of composite flat beams in large-bay buildings can not only meet the requirements in architecture, but also can reduce the structural floor depth and the usage of enclosure,as well as the loading on the foundation significantly.
