[提要] 介绍了我国新颁布的国家标准《建筑抗震设计规范》中的第12章隔震建筑设计的内容,其重要特色是把隔震设计和传统抗震设计尽可能地协调起来,是引入了分部设计法和水平向减震系数。文章说明了隔震建筑设计的理论、方法、计算公式、隔震和构造措施以及其它有关技术,如橡胶隔震支座产品标准等。 一般说来,按本规范设计的隔震建筑其设防目标比传统抗震建筑的高。
[关键词] 隔震建筑 设计规范 分部设计 减震系数An important feature of the Code of Design for Seismic Buildings in China is to coordinate the design of seismlclsolated buildings and that of traditional aseismic buildings. The seismic isolating coefficient is the key point to complete coordinating. The theory, method, calculating formulae, construction for design and necessary technique such as product standard of rubber bearings etc. are discussed. The aseismic fortified objective for seismic isolated buildings is high-er than that for aseismic buildings when designed according to the code.
