[提要]  在现行规范给出的圆形截面偏心受压构件正截面承载力计算公式的基础上，根据优化原理进行转换，提出一种便于工程应用的快速配筋计算方法。

On the base of the calculation formula of normal section strength of circular-section subjected to eccentrlc compression loading, transforming the formula according to optimizing theory, the frequent-reinforcement calculation method is presented, and it is used easily for engineering.
