[提要]  新修订的《混凝土结构设计规范》已将HRB400级钢筋作为混凝土结构中的主导钢筋，结合首钢总公司对HRB400级钢筋的研制和生产，介绍了其微合金化机理、性能和工程应用。采用钒氮微合金化工艺生产的HRB400级钢筋强度高、延性好、焊接性能良好、质量稳定、强度价格比高。试设计表明，将其应用于混凝土工程具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Based on its development and production in Shougang General Company, the microalloying mechanism, performance and engineering application of HRB400 steel bar are briefly described. V-N microalloyed HRB400 steel bar has many advantages such as high strength, high ductility, perfect welding performance, stable quality and high strength-cost ratio. The application of HRB400 steel bar in concrete structure will generate perfect economic and social benefits.
