[提要]  针对多层住宅剪力墙结构抗震设计，探讨了8度地震区多层住宅剪力墙结构的抗震等级、多层剪力墙结构底部加强部位的高度及墙肢截面厚度、无地下室时多层剪力墙结构底层层高及剪力墙约束边缘构件的设计等。其中有些问题规范未作规定，有些问题规范未明确规定。

Some problems about seismic design of shear wall structures of multi-storied residence are discussed, such as, the seismic degree of shear wall structure in area of 8 degree intensity, the height of the strengthened part at bottom and thickness of wall section, the height of the first floor of building without basement, the design of restrained edge members. Some problems are provided in the codes, some are not.
