[提要]  运用六面体20节点弹性块体有限元法和简化分析方法，研究了现浇钢筋混凝土框架梁平板楼盖在重力荷载作用下的受力与变形，找到了二种方法分析结果的差异规律性，为这类结构设计简化分析方法提出了调整修改的原则，同时对框架梁平板设计提出了相关建议。

This paper analyses cast-in RC frame beam-slab structure under gravity loads using elastic solid finite element method and simplified method respectively,and obtains the regularity of differences between the two methods and the modified regulation for using simplified method. Finally, this paper proposes somelmportant suggestions for this structure.
