(中国石化工程建设公司 北京 100101)[提要] 活塞式压缩机基础通常采用大块体结构,动力分析采用单质点模型,其中地基动力参数的取值将直接影响分析结果的准确性。对于大型基础,采用现场模型试验测得的参数可能与实际地基动力参数存在较大偏差。就大型活塞式压缩机基础的设计,讨论了动力参数出现偏差的原因及其影响。在动力分析中考虑这些因素,可使基础设计在更大的安全范围内满足工程要求。
[关键词] 压缩机 动力特性 地基刚度 大块式基础Block type foundation is employed in design of reciprocating compressor foundation. Single-mass spring system model is adopted in its dynamic analysis, in which dynamic parameters of subsoil will influence the accuracy of the results. For large-scale foundations, dynamic parameters determined via in situ model testing are likely to differ from actual dynamic parameters of subsoil. This paper discusses factors that cause error of these parameters and their influence on the dynamic analysis results. Considering these factors in dynamic analyzing and computing,the foundation designed fits re-quirements of the project within the range of possibilities.
