[提要]  锚杆的承载力是设计中应该注意的问题，根据以往研究文献和作者的张拉索膜结构与锚固基础共同作用有限元分析结果，着重对锚杆在张拉索膜结构中应用的几个特殊问题进行了分析，内容包括锚杆的蠕变、锚杆的位移与刚度、锚杆承受反复循环荷载的工作性能。提出了张拉索膜结构锚固基础中锚杆的设计方法与建议，讨论了锚杆设计安全系数，并与其他类型锚固基础的安全系数作了对比。

This paper introduces the key problems in the calculations of uplift capacity of grouted anchors. And based on FEM analyses of interactions between the anchor foundation of tensile cable-membrane structure and past research, this paper focuses on special problems of ground anchors as tension foundations of tensile cable-membrane structure. Safety factors and application conditions of ground anchors are cliscussed.
