[提要]  依据试验研究的成果，概要地介绍了砌体墙与钢筋混凝土墙组合结构房屋的受力特点、破坏形态和极限承载能力，评价了这类房屋的抗震性能，给出了这类房屋进行抗震设计的要求。可供从事组合砌体结构设计的工程师参考。

Based on the experimental research results, the character, damage states and aseismic capacity of lorick walls and concrete shear walls are presented. The aseismic performance of this type of building has been evaluated. The demand on seismic design of this kind of structure is put forward. It can be referred by engineers.
