[提要]  通过近10年来工程界对滇池湖畔冲、湖积成因为主的非均匀饱和软土地基工程事故的处理经验总
结，对行之有效的设计方法与施工措施进行归纳，并系统性、强制性地在“湖畔之梦”工程中推行，效果良好。以国家及行业标准指导为前提，对具有个性化、本地化特性的地基基础设计进一步细化、延伸，提出了与结构设计相关技术的补充规定。其工程经验可供同行参考。

According to the experience of nearly 10 years in dealing with the accidents of heterogeneous saturated soft foundation forming with the alluviation and deposition of the Dianchi Lake, the effective design methods and construction measures are concluded, and successfully applied in "lakeside dream" project. The design of individual, native foundation guided by the national codes and professional standards isspecified and extended. The supplementary specifications of structure design are presented in Yicheng Co. Ltd.
