[提要] 以江苏省电网调度中心工程为例,用有限元法仿真计算了基础底板大体积混凝土施工期温度场,并在混凝土中埋入温度传感器,实时监测温度场的变化。实测数据与有限元计算结果偏差较小,说明有限元仿真计算能有效地预测施工期温度场的变化,帮助工程师拟定温控方案,防J卜温度裂缝的产生。
[关键词] 大体积混凝土 裂缝控制 温度场 有限元 实时监测Taking the building of electric power dispatching for example, this paper discusses how to use finite element method to calculate temperature field during the construction process of massive concrete. Temperature sensors were embedded to monitor the variety of temperature field. The discrepancy between data from monitoring and data from calculating is small, which illustrates that we can effectively forecast the variety of temperature field and draw out temperature control scheme using finite element method to prevent temperature cracking.
