[提要]  介绍了隔震结构弹塑性动力分析程序HBTA2．O的编制原理及功能，通过与实验室模型试验及ETABS 程序计算结果的对比，证明用HBTA2.0程序进行动力分析的可靠性。该程序功能强大、使用方便。

The principles and functions of the program HBTA2.0 for elasto-plastic dynamic analysis of base-isolated structures are presented.Compared with the model testing in labs and the calculating results from ETABS,HBTA2.0 is proved reliable in dynamic analysis. With powerful functions and convenience, HBTA2.0 has wide application prospects.
