[提要]  对考虑施工荷载作用设有转换层的高层建筑进行了结构仿真分析，计算结构模型采用空间形式，并与不考虑施工过程的传统整体算法进行对比分析，所得结论可为改进设计计算方法提供借鉴。

Emulation analysis is made on the high building by using space structure model possessing conversion layers under constructing loads and the calculation model is compared with the traditional method without considering the constructing process. The conclusion can give some reference to the method of structure calculation.
